Infosilem,
a software company out of Ste-Adele, Quebec
held an end users conference in Calgary
at the Fairmont Palliser. They called on VENUES to provide the audiovisual services and
a unique venue/ restaurant for an evening
event in October 2006.
Our
Client: "The first year ever
where there were no complaints on the audio
visual".
The
Palomino was VENUES' choice for the Infosilem evening event.
A hot new cowboy bar in downtown Calgary.
The event was a sell out. Lucky Luke the dance band had them dancing on the bar
and long lineups at the tattoo artist ensued.
The following year, VENUES hosted Infosilem's events in Quebec City. |

Hilton
Canada with a head office in Mississauga, Ontario
called Venues for a client event they were having
in Vancouver, B.C. VENUES has excellent suppliers across Canada. Décor
and entertainment ideas were sent to Hilton with
web sites and sketches. On the day of the event VENUES production schedule provided to Hilton ensured the
success of the event. The
clients' expectations were surpassed, the budget
met and Hilton rebooked for December 2007.
